The cousins are going to miss playing together.
My son and niece are the same age, but have only just met as they live in different countries. For a few short weeks they have gotten to know each, and loved playing together. And now she has to go home.

It was 30 degrees by 9 am so we had a short walk along the river before the wind became too much for the kids. So glad the heatwave has broken.

We snuck in a visit to see the Crown Christmas Spectacular before it closed on 4 January. A great place to visit when it is 40 degrees outside!
